Troubleshooting
The tool does not load
The PDF engine is fetched from a CDN on first use. A blocked CDN, an offline machine or a strict corporate proxy will stop it loading; retry on an unrestricted connection.
A file is rejected
Encrypted PDFs must be unlocked first. Open the file in a reader, save an unprotected copy, and use that.
The merged file is very large
Size is the sum of the sources, since page content is preserved rather than re-compressed. Compress image-heavy sources before merging.
Privacy & data handling
Your PDF pages are read into browser memory and processed on your own device — the document is never uploaded. Note one nuance specific to this tool: the rendering library itself is fetched from a public CDN, so your browser makes a request for that script, though it carries none of your file's content.
