Using the tools
ToolKloud is provided free of charge, without an account, for personal and commercial use. You may use the output of the tools — converted files, generated codes, formatted text — however you like.
Your responsibility for content
You are responsible for having the right to process the files you put into a tool. This matters most for the media downloaders and converters: downloading or converting copyrighted video or audio may be restricted by copyright law and by the terms of the platform the media comes from. Use those tools only for content you own, content in the public domain, or content you have permission to download.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to process unlawful material, to attack or overload the service with automated traffic, or to attempt to gain access to systems or accounts that are not yours. We may rate-limit or block traffic that threatens availability for other users.
No warranty
The tools are provided “as is”. File conversion is lossy or imperfect in some cases, browser support varies, and a tool can fail on unusually large or malformed input. Keep a copy of your original files. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for data loss or damages arising from use of the site.

The Terms That Apply When You Use These Free Tools
ToolKloud is provided free, without registration and without warranty. These terms cover what you may use the tools for, who is responsible for the files you process, and the limits of what we can promise about a service that runs on your own hardware.
- Free to use, personal and commercial — you may use the tools for your own work and your clients' work; the output belongs to you and carries no watermark or licence claim.
- You are responsible for your files — you must hold the rights to the content you process — most obviously for media conversion, where copyright applies to the source file.
- Acceptable use — the tools are for lawful purposes; do not use them to process material you are not entitled to, or to attack the service itself.
- Provided as-is, with no warranty — browser processing depends on your device and browser, and we cannot guarantee a specific result for every file or format.
- Keep your originals — always work from a copy — a compressed, converted or trimmed file is a new file, and the original is the only thing that can undo it.
Continuing to use the site means accepting these terms. If any of it is unclear, contact us before relying on the tools for critical work.
